We, the Community Climate Action Network, invite you to our third Campaign for Climate Hui of 2026.
This Hui brings together people working in community-led climate action across Tāmaki Makaurau to explore how we can strengthen our collective voice post the General Election.
The election will be over, but the political conversation will be far from settled.
Join us for a timely, interactive discussion about what the post-election landscape means for climate action — and how we can keep climate on the agenda while coalition negotiations are underway.
Rather than a series of presentations, this Hui will bring together a small group of speakers for a facilitated conversation shaped specifically for our community. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening politically, where there may be opportunities to influence the direction of the new government, and how community climate groups can make their voices heard.
We’ll also look at some practical ways we can keep up the pressure, including the key asks and actions that could help put climate back into the conversation.
